Shipping Policy: Getting Your Shoes to You
We know the anticipation of waiting for new shoes is real! That’s why at MissQ, we aim to get your order out the door and onto your feet as quickly as possible.
Here is everything you need to know about our delivery options:
1. Standard Shipping (New Zealand Wide)
Whether you are in Cape Reinga or Bluff, we’ve got you covered.

Cost: FREE! (On all orders).

Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days (please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural addresses).

Carrier: We use tracked courier services to ensure your shoes arrive safely.
2. Dispatch Times
We move fast!

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched the following business day.
3. Auckland Same-Day Service (Urgent!)
Need your shoes for tonight? We offer a premium Same-Day delivery service for select Auckland areas.

Eligibility: Available for addresses in Auckland CBD and North Shore only.

Cost: $25.00 flat rate.

How it works: Place your order before 2:00 PM, and select "Same Day Delivery" at checkout. Your shoes will be delivered to you by the evening of the same day.
4. International Shipping

Currently, MissQ ships strictly within New Zealand only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your Miss Q order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Standard Orders: Your email will include a unique tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s portal.

Same Day Orders: You will receive real-time updates as your driver nears your location.
6. Important Information

Physical Addresses Only: We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Signature Required: To ensure your premium footwear arrives safely, all our parcels are sent with "Signature Required" unless you specify otherwise in the order notes.

Public Holidays: Please allow an extra business day for delivery during New Zealand public holidays.
Shipping & Returns

Outbound Shipping: As mentioned above, sending the shoes to you is always free!

Return Shipping:

Wrong Size/Exchange: We cover the cost to get the shoes back to us and send the new size out.

Change of Mind: If you decide to return for a Store Credit, you will need to cover the return postage cost.(Please see our full Returns Policy for details).
